Our history began in the summer of 2012 in Missouri where we ran our first portable building dealership, that consisted of merely two to three buildings at a time. Now we have grown to be one of the largest portable building dealerships in the Midwest, close to 50 different buildings on the sales lot at a time next to Carports! Having so many different options to choose from makes the decision process much easier! We also have the option to customize the buildings to your liking!
One thing we strive for here at Backyard St. Joseph MO, is to deal with each customer with complete honesty and integrity. We trust that our buildings are some of the best portable buildings and storage sheds around and we will stand by them. It is our duty here to provide you with answers to any questions you may have while describing in detail exactly what makes our portable buildings better. About the Portable buildings MissOuri
The portable buildings and storage sheds we offer here are built as top of the line units with a lifetime warranty against decay and termites and a 5 year warranty on the craftsmanship. They are not a cheap hardware store brand that will fall apart in the wind. These are solid structures weighing thousands of pounds so they can take a beating from the elements. The exterior siding is pressure treated t-111 yellow pine siding that is kiln dried. This process removes the possibility of shrinking and delaminating which causes bubbly siding and annoying cracks at the joints. By adding in this process we have sealed the building off tighter and pro-longed the life of the unit without raising prices! We are also selling for the only company in Missouri that uses this process! And you can't forget about the two coats of water sealant stain to top it all off!
If the tough exterior isn't enough then take a look at the flooring with a 3/4" Advantech plywood that comes with its own lifetime warranty! Underneath that are 2x4 floor joists on 8' wide buildings and 2x6 floor joists on 10'-16' wide buildings on 16" centers. Then on the wall there are 2x4 studs on 24" centers doubled every 4'. These portable buildings and storage units are built to last a lifetime!
